1. Standard Warranty Coverage
TEK DEPO warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty is valid from the date of delivery or installation, unless otherwise specified in writing.
During the warranty period, TEK DEPO will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace the product with an equivalent unit
- Provide appropriate corrective support
Warranty service will be provided without additional cost for parts or labor, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Warranty Coverage by Product Category
a. IoT Devices and Core Products
- Warranty Period: 12 months (1 year)
- Applies to all standard IoT hardware devices supplied by TEK DEPO
- Covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal usage
b. IoT Sensors
- Warranty Period: 12 months (1 year)
- Includes environmental sensors and field-deployed sensing units
- Designed to operate within specified environmental and electrical conditions
c. Accessories and Peripheral Components
- Warranty Period: 3 to 6 months (depending on product type)
- Includes cables, adapters, connectors, mounts, enclosures, and similar accessories
Exact warranty duration for accessories will be specified at the time of supply or in the product documentation.
d. IoT Solutions (Integrated Systems)
IoT solutions delivered by TEK DEPO consist of multiple hardware and software components.
- Hardware components are covered under their respective standard warranties
- Software and system performance are governed by project-specific agreements
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
TEK DEPO offers optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans to ensure ongoing system reliability and support.
AMC packages may include:
- Preventive maintenance
- Remote monitoring and diagnostics
- Firmware and software updates
- Priority technical support
- On-site service (where applicable)

a. Improper Use or Handling
- Misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Use outside specified environmental or operational conditions
b. Physical or Environmental Damage
- Damage due to impact, water ingress, fire, corrosion, or natural disasters
- Exposure to extreme conditions beyond specifications
c. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Tampering or repair by unauthorized personnel
- Use of non-approved components or accessories
d. Normal Wear and Tear
- Consumable parts subject to natural degradation
e. External Causes
- Power surges, electrical faults, or network issues
- Third-party system incompatibility
f. Software and Configuration Issues
- Improper configuration or third-party integration
- Unsupported software environments
5. Warranty Claim Process

8. Limitation of Liability
TEK DEPO’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
TEK DEPO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

TEK DEPO offers extended warranty options and AMC plans for continued support and system reliability.
